We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $200 within Australia and New Zealand, excluding oversized items.
Please note: yarn winding is a service and does not count towards the $200 free shipping threshold.

You can choose Standard or Express shipping at checkout.
Please note that Express Post refers to delivery speed only. While we prioritise Express orders, it does not guarantee same-day dispatch.
Oversized Items
Some oversized items (such as blocking kits, swifts, and selected bags) do not qualify for free shipping. These items are clearly marked on the product page, and shipping costs will be calculated separately at checkout.
Preorders
Items marked as preorder or dyed to order are not currently in stock. Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guide only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, everything will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. If you would like in-stock items shipped sooner, please place a separate order.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may occasionally be delayed. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time after the expected delivery date, we recommend lodging an enquiry directly with the carrier.
Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, Salt & Skein Yarn Store is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or damage in transit.
